movement and creative expression

Welcome to Bend and Ascend yoga and crafts retreat: a gentle pause from everyday life.

Set in the Lithuanian countryside, this 5-day retreat is an invitation to step out of rushing and back into simple rhythms: moving your body, making things with your hands, resting deeply, sharing meals, and spending unstructured time in nature.

This is not about reinventing yourself or chasing wellness. It’s about slowing down and giving yourself space. Space to breathe, to move in a way that feels good, to be quietly creative, to sit by the lake, to talk — or not talk at all.

Whether you come for yoga, for crafts, for nature, or simply for a few days of calm, you’re welcome exactly as you are.
